Tasks as Project Director
Overall responsibility for the management and execution of large-scale international projects in the field of plant engineering for the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries
Planning and coordinating projects from the concept phase to commissioning (including qualification and certification)
Leading and motivating interdisciplinary and international project teams, as well as directly managing a team of project managers and engineersEnsuring project success in terms of customer satisfaction adherence to deadlines, quality of execution, and budget coordination
Communication with external and internal stakeholders, including contract negotiations in accordance with local and international contract law (FIDIC or NEC)
Supporting sales activities in the pharmaceutical and semiconductor sectors
We are looking forward meeting a candidate with
A degree in process engineering, mechanical/plant engineering, or a comparable field
At least five years of professional experience executing complex plant engineering projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries (project volume > €50 million)Project management skills, including the commercial aspects of project execution., margin quality, cash management, etc.)
Project Manager certification (PMP, IPMA Level A/B, or equivalent)
Solution-oriented, independent, and decisive work style
Experience in managing employees, interdisciplinary project teams, and external personnel
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Extensive project management skills, including negotiation techniques, claim and risk management
High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel extensively (at least 50%)
