Manager - Corporate Strategy (f/m/d)
NovaTaste has over 2,300 employees and supplies food manufacturers, butchers and foodservice players across Europe, North America and Asia.
Tasks
Work closely with the Executive Committee and the business leaders to shape the roadmap of NovaTaste GroupDiagnose business issues and outline drivers; structure projects approach and define scope
Set-up clear initiatives and projects. Act as the control tower of large strategic and transformation / Integration projects
Take an active part in the strategic planning process, from market data structuration to initiative tracking
Act as a sparring partner to project leads and functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and value creation plans
Skills
5+ years of experience at one leading management consulting, corporate strategy, or other fast-paced roles leading project teamsExperience in the Food industry and a combination of consulting / corporate experience is ideal
Strong problem-solving skills, result oriented, project management and communication skills, strong numerical skills
Hands-on mentality, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
Enjoy collaborating across the organization functional and regional teams
Fluent in English – German is a plus

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3,477.13 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
