What's the role?
In this role, you will lead a team of quality managers, ensuring that the quality of our products, services, and documentation within the BU Installations unit meets customer expectations as well as all relevant internal and external standards.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the successful delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions to our customers.

What does the role involve?
You will play a vital role in supporting new product development by ensuring product quality maturity at every project milestone and delivering the highest standards to market. You’ll lead the coordination of internal quality issue resolution and manage customer complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Your expertise will also contribute to supplier quality operations, including onboarding, audits, and recertifications. In this role, you’ll take ownership of quality risk management during product qualifications and changes, while implementing early warning systems to prevent issues before they arise.

Working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams, you’ll ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the organization. You’ll also drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and audits, and champion a culture of knowledge sharing by capturing and communicating key lessons learned from projects.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality Management
  • Solid knowledge of quality management tools, methodologies, and relevant standards
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong track record in planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); German Skills are a plus
