How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
• As a Project Specialist, you coordinate and administer tasks and contribute with your expertise to the success of a strategic project on a global scale in the international procurement sector
• You task includes the creation and maintenance of project documentation, following the international valid framework for ALDI Süd projects, assuring an organised structure at all times, as well as further organisational & project management tasks
• You prepare presentations for top management and multiple other internal stakeholder groups and orchestrate preparation of content across streams and departments
• You are responsible for tracking projects and providing regular reports to the project team and key stakeholders regarding project status
• Researching information and creating presentations, minutes and documents, primarily in English, are part of your area of responsibility
• You coordinate and organize appointments and workshops and complete administrative tasks independently
• You define internal processes and evaluate improvement potentials
• Beyond that you assist in ongoing change management measures and support respective change activities
• You act as a direct point of contact for all relevant project stakeholders, assuring a smooth communication flow and providing support when required
Your Profile
The requirements for the role include:
• As a Project Specialist you have completed business-oriented studies, or a degree with a focus on Project Management
• You have relevant work experience in the field of Project Management or in the Retail Procurement sector
• You possess initial experience in dealing with strategic projects
• You excel MS office tools and feel especially confident using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and MS Project is an advantage
• You possess business-fluent English skills, German skills are considered a plus
• You are known for your structured and organized way of working
• You enjoy working in international teams
• You are characterized by a motivated personality with clear and concise communication skills and an ability to present complex information in a simplified manner
