Functional Safety Engineer - Electronics (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about Functional Safety and Electronics Development? If so, then join our team and play a pivotal role in product development projects focusing on ECUs and HMIs for the off-highway sector. You will be responsible for planning and executing safety-related activities across the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring our products meet the highest safety standards.
Your Tasks
• Creation of product-specific safety concepts and architectures
• Capture of development-specific requirements of safety-critical products
• Moderation and execution of qualitative and quantitative functional safety analyses (e.g. FMEA, FTA, FMEDA)
• Support of functional safety audits and assessments
• Compilation of technical documentation according to the requirements of CE Directives
Your Profile
• Degree in a related technical field of study, Master's or above preferred
• Solid experience with electronics development, know-how in the area of software development is a plus
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508, ISO 13849, ISO 25119)
• Team player who enjoys analyzing problems and finding smart solutions
• Very good command in English language, German skills are a plus
