Technical Purchasing Specialist (f/m/d)

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

 •  As a Technical Purchasing Specialist you'll support in the planning, execution and optimization in international purchasing for products and services in the technical field
 •  You'll be responsible for purchasing activities including preparation and follow-up of contract negotiations as well as obtaining prices and reviewing offers
 •  Conducting research in the purchasing area pro-actively and independently gives you pleasure
 •  You are excited by the task of consulting and negotiating with international suppliers, service providers and all ALDI SOUTH countries worldwide
 •  As part of your role, you'll create and edit contracts and presentation documents
 •  In addition, you'll analyse and document existing business processes and help to design new processes
 •  Carrying out organizational and administrative tasks in the area of procurement complete your field of responsibility

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

 •  You have completed your technical education at Matura level (preferably HTL structural/civil engineering or building services engineering) or you have a completed degree in the field of construction engineering
 •  As a Technical Purchaser you have Know-how in project management ideally in the construction industry
 •  You have got experience in building services engineering (HVAC), refrigeration engineering, electrical engineering or power engineering
 •  You are fluent in the English and German language
 •  You feel comfortable with MS Office, SAP and ideally you are also familiar with tendering software
 •  Independent, conscientious and organized way of working is a matter of course for you
 •  You enjoy working in a team and you have good communication and teamwork skills
 •  Excellent organizational and negotiation skills set you apart

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting at EUR 52,700. -*.
 •  willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
