How You"ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are
• As an organisational talent, you administrate the general agendas for the Director of Global Sourcing and his team
• You support planning, administration and organisation of team events, country visists and strategy workshops
• For specific meetings you are responsible of capturing, reviewing and distributing meeting minutes
• You are in close contact with (international) colleagues and correspond in German and English
• To create a basis for decision-making, you research information and create and prepare presentations, including the senior management
• To ensure a complete and correct database, you maintain and correct it independently
• You carry out specific tasks for the department while maintaining the necessary confidentiality
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
• You have completed commercial training, university entrance qualification or ideally a university degree
• You possess initial professional experience in the area of management assistance and in an international company
• You are experienced in handling the PC (especially MS Office)
• The planing and coordination of meetings and events comes at ease for you
• You bring with you business-fluent English skills
• You posses strong organisational and time management skills
• Reliable, structured and independent describe your way of working
• Very good communication skills and a high degree of diligence are your strong points
