What to expect:

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Distribution teams across international subsidiaries to ensure alignment with UNIQA's Corporate Business strategic vision. Leverage market insights and guidance from headquarters to drive consistent and effective distribution and growth initiatives.
• Development of Sales Concepts: Actively contributes to the evolution of innovative sales strategies and concepts, supporting growth and differentiation together with subsidiaries.
• Customer & Partner Experience: Take the lead in managing relationships and developing strategic partnerships with key Partners - such as international brokers and relevant entities - to strengthen the company's Corporate presence in international markets.
• Performance Management: Evaluate sales performance regularly, providing insightful feedback to partners, customers, and subsidiaries based on clearly defined KPIs and performance metrics.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously gather market feedback, insights, and emerging trends to inform strategy and identify new business opportunities in collaboration with regional teams.
