A globally recognized customer experience and digital solutions company is expanding its international team and looking for German-speaking Technical Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic project in Lisbon.

• Language: German + English
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Model: On-Site
• Schedule: Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (Rotational); Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00; 2 Rotational Days Off
• Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates with work authorization

• Fluent German and good English communication skills
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to feedback
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability

• Support customers with technical and service-related inquiries
• Provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and tools
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment

• 1,100€ gross salary x14 salaries
