UX Expert (w/m/d)

• Proven experience designing interfaces for complex platforms, including analyzing and optimizing existing interfaces based on user feedback
• Ability to think through user problems, propose solutions, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly
• Proficient in creating user journeys, personas, flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Solid knowledge of common UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, etc.)
• Comfortable navigating standards like iOS Design Guidelines, Windows Design Guidelines, EAA, WCAG
• Proven background for both web and desktop applications
• Strong front-end development skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS
• Experience working with development tools such as Angular, Git, CI/CD workflows, Axe (or similar), Cypress, etc.
• Degree in UI/UX Design, software engineering or related studies
• At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience
• Fluency in German and English

• A knack for translating complex tech talk into user-friendly designs
• Independent, proactive, and eager to take ownership of your work
• Strong communication skills--you enjoy collaborating with users, managers, and developers
