Energy Customer Service Engineer (m/f)

(Vienna; Full-time)

YOUR MISSION:

  • Responsible for level 1 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels
  • Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers' satisfaction
  • Onsite support for major or critical problems

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: Technical University degree (electrical/power/electronicsetc.)
  • Graduate in 2025/2026 or 2027
  • Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
  • Preferable 1-year customer support experience
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Good customer communication skills
  • Know the basic MS office product (excel, words..etc)
  • Ability to travel
  • Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy
  • Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus
