Your challenge
We are looking for a HR Business Partner who enjoys shaping the business together with leaders and making a real difference. You support people and the organization through change and continuous development in a pragmatic and peoplefocused way.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on strategic and operational HR topics
- Translate business strategy and goals into targeted, impactful HR initiatives
- Drive organizational, leadership, and cultural development in a dynamic environment
- Lead and support change and transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainable adoption across the organization
- Implement and locally embed global HR concepts (e.g. Talent Management, Leadership, Engagement)
- Balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence by ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role, ideally in a global industrial environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working closely with leaders and teams
- Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, handson approach
- Solid knowledge of labor law and organizational and people development practices
- Ability to structure complexity and actively shape change in a global environment
- Excellent English skills; any additional languages are a plus

Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
The gross annual salary stated above applies to Austria; for other company locations, the compensation package is aligned with local market conditions.
