As a Customer Service Professional, you'll play a vital role in Red Bull's global supply chain by ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our products to international markets.
In this exciting position, you'll manage the full order-to-cash process for finished goods, promotional materials (visibility items), and branded vehicles for our Middle East & Africa region. Acting as a key point of contact for our subsidiaries and distribution partners, you'll coordinate everything from order management and transport planning to export processes--ensuring everything runs efficiently using systems like SAP, TM, and BI.
You'll also support new product launches and updates to our existing portfolio and help solve any supply chain or import challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent customer service.

COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION
You are the key contact person for your dedicated markets as well as internal & external stakeholders concerning all order, credit risk and shipping related topics. You manage multiple tasks simultaneously, starting from order management and transport planning to customer complaints up to product launch/change requests.You consistently maintain a highly professional attitude towards all our stakeholders and colleagues.
You have full responsibility of export documents, partly with legalization processes and customs filing as well as related credit risk procedures. You support this by communicating constraints and deadlines to all relevant internal and external stakeholders involved with our distribution partners.
SHIPPING & EXPORT ADMINISTRATION
You oversee the order-to-cash process for Finished Goods (Beverage) and Visibility Items to our Subsidiaries and Distribution Partners including Transport planning in SAP TM and BI.
You manage the creating and organizing of all transport and export relevant documents for your markets, monitor all shipments closely until arrival in your markets and are in close alignment with our 3PLs and customers.
You excel at consistently improving processes, ensuring full compliance with document requirements while maintaining efficiency and being mindful of costs.
CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT
You are managing credit limits a per defined matrix with Finance for several payment conditions, also Letter of Credit, dunning and accounts management by communicated limits and deadline with all involved internal and external stakeholders for our distribution partners
MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT
You are deeply involved in kicking-off and setting-up new finished goods and packaging materials (standard-, in & out SKUs and consumer activations) or changing existing materials (i.e. layout changes, recipe changes) for the entire finished goods and packaging product portfolio of your markets.
Experience
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
That matter most for this role:
- A-level degree (ideally commerce or logistics) or completed commercial apprenticeship with profound professional experience, ideally in a CPG/FMCG Company
- Ideally, experience in international Customer Service
- SAP knowledge (favourable)
- Fluent in English
- Good software handling skills (various programs incl. SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Independent, precise and self-reliant work, organizational skills, commercial knowledge, reliability, quality and service orientation are a matter of course
- High ability to set priorities, operational and entrepreneurial thinking
- Ability to understand complex processes in the area of logistics and export, identify risks and find solutions
- Always driven to work, dedicated & smart, and eager to improve processes.
- We are looking for a positive team player, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2446,00 gross per month.
