Join our dynamic team as a Project Contract Manager (m/f/d) for Energy Projects at Siemens Energy, where you will play a pivotal role in managing complex projects from inception to completion. You will leverage your technical contract management skills in the sales phase to ensure seamless coordination across multiple departments, including Engineering, Purchasing, Installation & Commissioning, and Legal.

Imagine engaging with diverse stakeholders, conducting risk and opportunity analyses, and reviewing time schedules and costs to drive project success. Your expertise will not only contribute to our projects but also support our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Preparation and negotiation of EPC Contracts and Consortium Agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project execution and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough risk and opportunity analyses to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies
  • Review and assess time schedules and costs, facilitating cost risk meetings to ensure project viability and profitability
  • Engage with clients globally, representing our interests in negotiations and fostering strong relationships
What You Bring
  • Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Laws, or completed studies in other fields (Business Administration) with appropriate professional qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical contract management and project management, ideally within the Power and Energy sector
  • Strong understanding of legal and commercial aspects of contract preparation, particularly for EPC Contracts and Consortium Agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client negotiations, demonstrating intercultural openness and adaptability
  • Fluency in English, additional German language skills are a plus

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills.

The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 63.737,38 EUR gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
