Recruiting & HR Operations Specialist (f/m/d)
NovaTaste has over 2,400 employees and supplies food manufacturers, butchers and foodservice players across Europe, North America and Asia.
Tasks
Publishing and maintaining job postings on internal and external platforms
Organizing interview appointments and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining and updating candidate data in the applicant tracking system
Preparing contracts, offers, and other legally relevant HR documents (contract administration)
Communicating with candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
Organizing, coordinating, and providing administrative support for job and career fairs
Preparing regular reports and analyzing relevant recruiting metrics
Ensuring compliance with HR policies
Skills
First practical experience in the HR environment, ideally in recruiting or HR administration
Strong organizational skills combined with a structured and reliable working style
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Confident and empathetic personality with strong communication and service orientation
Hands-on mentality, high level of initiative, and strong team spirit
Confident user of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage

The minimum salary for this position is €3,383.43 gross per month based on a full-time position (38.5 hours per week). Significant overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
