We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Development Specialist to join our international HR team . In this role, you will contribute to the development and coordination of global initiatives that attract, develop, and retain talent while strengthening employee engagement across our organization.

Tasks
Talent Development: Support the design, coordination and continuous improvement of global development programs, including career paths, succession planning, learning initiatives, etc.Supporting roll out of global and local programs for leadership, high potentials etc.
Retention and Engagement: Contribute to initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition, and career progressionDiversity and Inclusion: Support and advance the creation of a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
KPI’s: Monitor and report on key talent related metrics
Skills- 2+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or related fields
Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal) for working with a variety of internal stakeholders
Understanding of HR metrics as well as strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to further develop professionally.
Creative and analytical approach to solving challenges related to employee development, engagement, and retentionHigh adaptability and ability to collaborate across different teams, cultures, and geographies
Experience in a private‑equity environment is an advantage

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.565,78 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
